Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile apps, web software and website offseed.com (together, the "Services") provided by Offseed LLC ("Offseed", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms. For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, this license is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and the App Store usage rules.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription. Payments are processed by Apple or Google through your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Services, except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, their servers or networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or other users' data.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create in the Services. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the Services to you.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, are owned by Offseed LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every need.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offseed LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
