Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Offseed LLC ("Offseed", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our mobile apps, web software and the website offseed.com (together, the "Services"). It applies to every app published by Offseed LLC on the Apple App Store and Google Play unless an app links to a more specific policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. For example, your email address and the content of your message when you contact support, or account details if an app offers sign-in.
- Content you create. Data you enter in an app is stored on your device and, where an app offers sync or backup, on our servers so the feature can work.
- Diagnostics. Crash reports and performance data (device model, operating system version, app version and error details) so we can find and fix problems.
- Usage analytics. Aggregated information about how features are used, so we can improve the apps. We do not use it to identify you personally.
- Purchases. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of the purchase and its status, never your payment card details.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
- To process purchases and restore subscriptions.
- To respond to support requests and send important service notices.
- To detect, prevent and fix technical issues, fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising, and we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to run the Services, such as cloud hosting, crash reporting, analytics and subscription management. They process information only on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it. Apple and Google process data under their own privacy policies when you download apps or make purchases through their stores.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. Crash and analytics data is kept in aggregated or limited form and deleted on a rolling basis.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hi@offseed.com. Where an app offers an account, you can also delete it from within the app. Depending on where you live (for example, the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
International users
Offseed LLC is based in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or on this website.
